This is what TU Delft student Karen Ratering and Invented 4 Kids™ found something like this; the Tuby֭™. A super soft bath cape made from organic cotton in various animal designs that have a weighted leg.

How does it work?
Put the Tuby's leg™ badcape over your shoulder before you start soaking with your baby. The heavily weighed-down pads keep the Tuby™ bath cape smartly on your shoulder.

You don't get wet yourself now and you have both hands free to grab your baby from the bath after bathing and wrap it warmly.
