How do I take care of myself during my pregnancy?

Yeeyy! Congratulations. You are pregnant. As a pregnant woman you get a lot to endure. A person grows in your body. How crazy is that?! This can not only be physically very heavy, but also mentally. That's why I'm going to tell you more about it.
